The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) is a Federally-funded program for improving energy efficiency and lowering costs for owners of multi-family buildings or private homes. The program can upgrade heating systems, replace windows, insulate roofs and walls, and eliminate air infiltration – think of all the money you’re spending that are literally going out the windows or the doors.
