Renter’s Rights

Affordable Housing

Rents in our area are getting out of control. Crown Heights Jewish Community Council manages several buildings where apartments are rented at affordable rates. Your income must be within the guidelines for each apartment. Apartments become available once in a while, and we have a waiting list of applicants. Call Batia at 718-771-9000 x7722 to place your name on the list. It may be a few months or more until your name comes up
